FLUVIAL
Honey Creek, Farm/Art DTour, 2020collaborators: E. Bouvier & C. Nesseth
A stream of cyanotype banners, FLUVIAL braided stories from the Driftless Region in SW Wisconsin with the low Honey Creek. The banners hold the marks of grasses, wildflowers, handwritten stories, and objects from bucolic and domestic life. Community collaborators, including farmers and original peoples, shared how land and water hold deep meaning in their life and memory. Viewers carved a path in land while wading through banners, experincing bucolic armoa and the trickle of honey creek while catching small windows into the history of the land.
